Stamspolning måndag  31 augusti – fredag 4 september

Inför den kommande stamspolningen är det viktigt att entreprenören kan komma in i lägenheten vid den aviserade tiden. Tiderna aviseras i brevlådan under veckan. Om ni inte kommer att vara hemma behöver ni därför ställa dörrlåset i serviceläge.

Serviceläget ställs genom att vrida låset snett åt vänster, till cirka kl. 10 istället för kl. 12 innan nyckeln dras ur låset.

Om entreprenören inte kan komma in i lägenheten behöver de återkomma vid ett annat tillfälle. Den boende kommer då att debiteras en extra serviceavgift för återbesöket.

Ni som är hemma under den aviserade tiden och kan öppna när entreprenören ringer behöver självklart inte ställa låset i serviceläge.

Höststädning lördag 10 oktober

Årets höststädning äger rum den 10 oktober. Mer informationen kommer närmare städdagen.

Cyklar kommer att märkas för bortforsling

För att skapa ordning och plats i cykelrummen kommer cyklar att märkas upp inför eventuell bortforsling.

Cyklar som märks med röd tejp bedöms som övergivna eller inte längre i bruk. Om ni vill behålla er cykel är det viktigt att ni tar bort den röda tejpen.

Cyklar som är märkta med vit tejp verkar inte användas aktivt. Vi ber er därför att flytta dessa cyklar längre in i cykelrummet och placera dem i de bakre cykelhängarna eller cykelställen.

Vi ber er att se över era cyklar och åtgärda märkningen innan höststädningen den 10 oktober.

Batterier till elcyklar, elsparkcyklar och mopeder

Vi vill uppmärksamma på brandsäkerheten kring större litiumjonbatterier, exempelvis batterier till elcyklar, elsparkcyklar och elmopeder.

Sådana batterier kan vid brand utveckla mycket värme och farlig rök. Undvik därför att ladda eller förvara större fordonsbatterier i bostaden om det finns ett lämpligare alternativ. Följ alltid tillverkarens anvisningar och använd endast avsedd laddare.

Batterier ska inte laddas eller förvaras i trapphus eller andra utrymningsvägar. Ladda inte skadade batterier och ladda under uppsikt, på ett hårt underlag och på avstånd från brännbart material.

Håll portdörrarna stängda

Vi vill påminna att dörrarna mot både gården och gatan ska hållas stängda och inte ställas upp.

Det är viktigt både för säkerheten i fastigheten och för att obehöriga inte ska kunna ta sig in. Kontrollera gärna att dörren går igen ordentligt efter dig när du går in eller ut.

Information i brevlådan

Du kan få politisk reklam som klassas som samhällsinformation även om du har “ej reklam” skylten på brevlådan. För att undvika annat direktadresserad reklam kan du registrera en reklamspärr mot hämtningen av dina personuppgifter i reklamsyfte hos SPAR eller gå med i NIX-addreserat databasen.

Drain flushing Monday 31 August – Friday 4 September

For the upcoming drain flushing, it is important that the contractor can access your apartment at the scheduled time. Exact times for your apartment will be announced via mail during the week. If you will not be at home, you need to put your door lock in service mode.

Service mode is set by turning the key slightly to the left before removing the key from the lock, to approximately 10 o’clock instead of 12 o’clock.

If the contractor is unable to access the apartment, they will need to return on another day, and we will need to charge you an additional service fee for the return visit.

Those of you who are at home during the announced time and can open the door when the contractor rings obviously do not need to put the lock in service mode.

Autumn cleaning Saturday 10 October

This year’s autumn cleaning will take place on 10 October. More information will be provided closer to the cleaning day.

Bicycles will be marked for removal

To organize and create more space in the bicycle storage rooms, bicycles will be marked for possible removal.

Bicycles marked with red tape are considered abandoned. If you wish to keep your bicycle, please make sure to remove the red tape.

Bicycles marked with white tape appear not to be actively used. We therefore ask you to move these bicycles further into the bicycle storage room and place them in the rear bicycle hangers or bicycle stands.

Please check your bicycles and take appropriate action before the autumn cleaning day on October 10.

Batteries for e-bikes, e-scooters and mopeds

We would also like to draw everyone’s attention to fire safety regarding larger lithium-ion batteries, such as batteries for e-bikes, e-scooters and electric mopeds.

In the event of a fire, these batteries can generate intense heat and hazardous smoke. Therefore, avoid charging or storing larger vehicle batteries inside your apartment if a more suitable and safer alternative is available. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and only use the intended charger.

Batteries must not be charged or stored in stairwells or other evacuation routes. Do not charge damaged batteries. Whenever possible, charge batteries under supervision, on a hard surface and away from flammable materials.

Keep the entry doors closed

We would like to remind everyone that doors leading to both the courtyard and the street must be kept closed and must not be propped open.

This is important for the security of the building and to prevent unauthorized persons from entering. Please make sure that the door closes properly behind you when entering or leaving.
